Kenneth Kit Lamug was born in Manila, Philippines. There, as a youth, he immersed himself in the visual arts, capturing the vibrant world around him. When he moved to the U.S. he taught himself photography starting with a simple point and shoot cameras and transitioned his way to film cameras. Lamug shoots using a wide angle lens “to bring the audience into the moment and scene”. His technique is perfectly matched with his passion for photography, as evident in his ability to document human drama and life in motion on the pavement of the streets.
